Fire Risk Assessment
Under the Health, Safety and Welfare at Work Act, every operating business is required to implement a Fire Risk Assessment. The assessment should form part of the Safety File for the building.
A Fire Risk Assessment takes a comprehensive look at the fire risks and hazards to the safety and lives of the occupants of the building, and the operating business itself. The Fire Risk Assessment will itemise each risk and outline measures to reduce, mitigate and manage the risk.
